How to place an order
A useful enquiry is a specification, not a brochure request. The more precise the sizes, the faster the price.
What to include
- 01
Section
Round tube, square tube, pipe, plate, angle, channel, beam, or bar.
- 02
Size
Outside size or nominal bore, and the wall thickness or plate thickness.
- 03
Length
Full merchant lengths, or the cut length the job needs.
- 04
Grade and finish
Mild steel unless the drawing says otherwise. Name galvanised, primed, or a grade such as 300WA, S275, or S355 when it matters.
- 05
Quantity
Number of lengths, or kilograms if that is how the drawing is written.
- 06
Fulfilment
Collection in Rustenburg, or delivery to the site or the shop.
On the order
Confirm, then move the steel
- We reply with availability and a price for the specification you sent.
- Mill certificates are requested when the specification requires them.
- Collection is from the Rustenburg yard. Delivery is priced with the load.
